PHASE I: Website & Social Media
Basic Website
Priority is to establish a basic web presence through the creation of a website and social media accounts.
The website will consist of a home page, plus up to 6 additional pages.
Hosting, Email, and Domain Name
The website will require setup of a hosting account, which provides the servers where the website will live in addition to email accounts. JIL SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS offers three website platforms: 1) Wix.com; 2) Microsoft Azure; and 3) Client’s premises. The option your selects determines the flexibility of future expansion of your site and the cost. You will be quoted based on the platform you selected in your initial call.

A domain name may also need to be purchased if that has not been done yet. The setup of the hosting account and installation of the website by JIL SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS is included in the estimate. However, ongoing subscription fees for hosting services will be billed on an annual basis.

PHASE 2: Multimedia & Social Media
Multimedia Content
​
Content offerings can be expanded with video and audio content. JIL SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS offers multimedia production services, as well as set up services for hosting and promoting the content. Multimedia may be sold by subscription.

Advertising
​
Options for online and traditional media advertising and marketing can be explored.
​
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
​
Though the website will be built for maximum compatibility with search engines such as Google and Bing, there is an opportunity for advanced Search Engine Optimization to fine-tune content and site structure for better search exposure. JIL SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS offers SEO services.

Phase 2 is currently speculative and can be estimated when the project scope is better defined.
PHASE 3: Client Support
Your launch date executes the end of the project, however, JIL SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS understands the struggle of maintaining your business and advertisement, and therefore, has a Business Owner Program that will give you 3 service hours a month and discounts on other features and services.
